When you schedule your first complete consultation with us, you will receive new patient intake forms to complete. These are important for Dr. Sheth to receive BEFORE your appointment so she can familiarize herself with you before you arrive!

During your appointment at our practice, we will prioritize a holistic approach to dentistry, considering not only your oral health but your overall well-being.

Please allow enough time for this visit. Please set aside 90-120 minutes for us. This duration will allow for us to collect all the data needed by Dr. Sheth for your consultation. The data we need includes digital photographs of your face and teeth, low radiation digital X- rays, a non-radiographic mouth scan, saliva sample for microscopic analysis and lab testing, oral pH check and airway screening.

Dr. Sheth will also delve into your medical history, discuss your dental habits, and understand your oral health goals. This comprehensive evaluation will include her assessing the digital x-rays, analysis of your existing restorations, assessments for any decay, evaluation of gum health, any infections, TMJ joint health, and an oral cancer screening.

Following the examination, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan, discussing our approach, materials used, and what to expect for any upcoming procedures.

Since we are collecting data and getting to know you and your health, it is unlikely we will be able to do your treatment during the same
Visit. With that said, if your schedule and ours allow it, we will be happy to accommodate same day treatments.
